HOW TO ORDER?
When you have found a product that you want to buy, click on the “add to cart” button and the product will automatically be added to the cart.
Orders are processed in order of receipt. The orders received until 1:00 pm from Monday to Friday, are processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 pm will be shipped the next business day.
CHANGE OF PRICES IN OTHER CURRENCY
The currency displayed automatically when entering the site depends on the language in which you view the website. If you see in Romanian the displayed automatic currency will be in RON but can be changed in EUR or GBP. If you view in English the currency automatically displayed will be in GBP but can be changed in EUR or RON.
To change the currency select a product then the details button, from that moment details about the selected product will appear, and below the “add to cart” button is the button in which the currency is displayed at that moment, press the button and you can select from the list displaying the price in pounds, euros or lei.
The currency in which you decide to pay you must have it when you add the products to the basket.
THE COST AND TIME OF DELIVERY
Delivery anywhere in the UK is sent via Hermes the cost being £ 6 the delivery time is 3 working days.
International delivery will be made with Hermes or UPS, and the cost will vary depending on the country € 15- € 20. The exact price also depends on the currency in which you choose to pay the order and you can find it by completing your delivery address. Delivery time is 3-5 business days. In the order history you can see the tracking number of the order.
The order is packaged by us with great care and we ensure that any order will arrive completely safe.
